We offer beautiful apartments on island Ist and in Zadar in combination with some of our boats. The apartments are located near the coast as well as a berth for the boat.

Villa Nikolina is located in the old part of island Ist, only 70m away from the sea. It is a stone house on three floors, newly renovated in the original style of the late 20^th century. It’s equipped with all the modern necessary elements providing comfort and relaxation from the city verve. Villa has two apartments, the first is the size of 53 m2 (bathroom, bedroom, living room with kitchen, and another is 107 m2 large (3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, large living room with kitchen and a spacious terrace with seaside view). The apartments are equipped with the internet and installed heating and cooling systems. Sea view from Villa Nikolina, peace, quietness and the pristine natural beauty provides with the unique atmosphere of the island and thus meet your ideal holiday. The island is a car-free zone only one hour away from Zadar by catamaran or two hours away by a ferry.
